Hardin Memory · by Hardin Enterprises Ltd · Last updated June 2026

These terms govern your use of the Hardin Memory API ("the Service"), operated by Hardin Enterprises Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an API key or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Hardin Memory provides a hosted, verifiable memory API for AI applications. We may update, improve, or change the Service over time.

2. Acceptable use

  • You will not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to store content you have no right to store.
  • You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other customers' data.
  • You are responsible for keeping your API key secret and for all activity under your key.
  • 3. Free tier & paid usage

The free tier includes a monthly allowance. Paid (pay-as-you-go) usage is billed per operation as shown on our pricing page. You are responsible for charges incurred under your account.

    4. Data

You retain ownership of the content you store. We process it solely to provide the Service. We collect your email and website URL to operate your account and contact you about the Service. We do not sell your data.

    5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Hardin Memory is infrastructure software and is not a substitute for your own security, backups, or professional/medical/legal advice.

    6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

    7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
